Emergency dental care

I was extremely anxious and had a panic attack but Samantha and Dr Iqbal were amazing and supportive. They both explained the whole procedure, calmed me down beforehand and took their time with me. I didn't feel awkward, upset or ashamed. It was the best dentist experience i have had.

I was treated with respect and intelligence. The staff remembered I have BPPV and could not lie back and were helpful as a result. Care was taken to check my teeth carefully. I was shown Xrays and have confidence in the treatment options given.

Both the Hygienist (Aleena) and Dentist (Dr Ahmed) were excellent in their approach to me and explained everything fully. I am an extremely anxious patient who struggles to attend but have now found a dental practice I have complete faith in. The reception staff are also excellent along with the dental nurse.

Great service and explains things

The reception staff are lovely and very chatty. They remember personal things you’ve told them from previous appointments (like the fact I have a newborn baby) and make pleasant conversation on those topics. The dentist was also very polite and took interest in what was going on in my daily life, and the hygienist was brilliant as she thoroughly explained EVERY step she was doing during the treatment. 11 out of 10 for the staff here. A great service as always, I was just surprised to pay £20 for an X-ray when it clearly states than within my package I get 2 X-rays per year included.

Never thrilled at the thought of dental related attention, I feel comfortable with Mrs Woodward and Dr Pett. The nursing and reception team are lovely - Rachel is always so calm and pleasant. Dominic and Carol were great at the most recent visit.

Staff are pleasant and friendly and the care is first class. I have been coming for years and see no reason to switch to another dentist, even though I live around an hour away from Didsbury nowadays.
